SASSLA representatives meet with officers from the Department for Education and the Minister for Education regularly to advocate issues facing school leaders. We maintain our independence from political parties and the Department to ensure that we represent your views. We also provide support to our members who may need general guidance with leadership issues. Peer support and advice is paramount to us. We can provide you with a support person for any disciplinary or grievance meetings that you may be required to attend.
